It is a pretty looking claw machine but after a few tries trying to win something it would stop going up and gets stuck. 😕

This is the second claw machine I bought and both didn't work. The first one was no name. Figured I would go with FAO as a name I could trust. Boy was I wrong. The claw would not work at all. Chain was broken after I had to unscrew for the batteries and the packing. I was super careful removing everything. Don't waste your time on this product.

Bought one as a Christmas gift. Initially it worked but the claw quit raising up entirely making it impossible to drop a "prize" into the opening. I returned it and received a replacement today. The replacement had issues too. The red knobs both got stuck in every direction leaving the motor running and inoperable until you physically moved it back to the middle position. The first claw game didn't have this issue. I'm sad I'm not given the option to get another replacement as this was a gift. I was really hopeful it was a just bad luck and the 3 time would work.

very cute little toy- my son (3) played with it for about half an hour uninterrupted but unfortunately it stopped working. the claw no longer goes up or down… really disappointed for $50

Great concept, but very poorly made.

Very cute but Claw machine stopped working after just 5 minutes on Christmas Day! The claw stopped going down then stopped working completely. My son was very sad and disappointed. Will be returning ASAP!

The claw knob doesn't work, (all the reviews on this item is poor) and why is TARGET asking me to drive all the way to return a malfunctioning item, which they will trash. This is annoying and frustrating for any kid.

I gave this as a Christmas gift to my son yesterday and today the claw stopped moving back and forth.

The claw does not open wide enough to grab the toys.

I was SOOO excited for this toy for my kids! They were so excited to receive on Christmas morning, BUT it has already stopped working. The claw will not go up anymore. Such a disappointment because they loved it, sad to have to return.
