Was awesome until claw stopped working within 2 hours. Do not buy - waste of money. Extremely disappointed

The toy broke within 5 mins of playing with it. It no longer moves. Such a disappointment for the kids on Christmas Day

Arrived Broken. Cheaply made claw didn’t work or move side to side. Very disappointed fao schwarz name every part is cheap and you have to unscrew so much from the battery to the back of the toy. Great idea but cheaply put together which makes it a frustrating experience . Very small toy pack included although you can use your own.

The claw stopped working after less than 15 minutes. Kids were devastated. Returning this trash toy.

Thanks a lot for continuing to sell a faulty toy with known issues, and for $50. This was my kid's most wanted gift and straight out of the box on Christmas morning, it doesn't work. Left joystick won't move the claw.

My daughter has played with it for less than a half hour and the claw will no longer go up

Please don’t buy this toy!! Not worth a penny. This lasted 5 minutes of play. The crane stopped moving back and further. It looks sturdy and well made but it’s the complete opposite. I’m very disappointed!
