Oh my gosh I never write a review but the smell of this item is worth writing a review about. Immediately upon opening the bag after doing a pickup order the stench of these sheets hit me. I’m going to have to quadruple wash them to get rid of this smell. The smell of the sheets was so bad my husband thought our baby pooped…. I informed him it’s just the sheets.

I've bought several sets of these sheets in different patterns over the years. They were originally very nice and smooth. I bought another set a couple years ago and they were less so but still fine. This last set felt fine at first, so I washed them and put them on my bed. If was terrible trying to sleep; they were scratchy like wool and uncomfortable.

Pattern is beautiful but they are not very soft- wouldn’t buy again

I heard all these great reviews so I ordered these sheets. They felt ok when I got them so I washed them and I used Downy but they weren't very soft, kind of a rough texture, won't buy them again.

The quality of these sheets has decreased significantly. They cannot possibly be 400 thread count. They are rough and scratchy. They also smell horrible before washing them. Definitely not worth the money. Awful!

Quality has deteriorated, I’ve ordered many sheet sets/ sheets from this brand and the quality of this set was 4/10

I was very disappointed in how scratchy these feel on my skin. Not at all what I expected from a 400 thread count cotton sateen material. Washed them hoping that it would help, but it did not. I’m surprised there are other recent reviews raving about how soft these are. I wonder if not all of the sheets are made with the same materials. Anyway, I really like the pattern, but will probably end up replacing these after only one use. Sorry that I spent the extra money on these.

I guess that you get what you pay for. I found that these sheets had a slight chemical smell to them. Also, the sheets were stiff and did not feel good against my skin. I did like the tabs reading "top or bottom" and the gathering at the corners of the fitted sheet

I've loved & repurchased these sheets for years. They were PERFECT! Imagine my disappointment when I received my new sheets last week. They have a terrible smell, which is still lingering after one wash. The fabric is definitely different. It feels rough & scratchy. I do love the extra elastic around the corners as well as the "top/bottom" tags. I wouldn't recommend these sheets.
