First don’t judge these sheets by the smell. They really do have a funky stink when you first take them out of the pouch. Have to take a star for that. It’s very unpleasant. Aside from that they are AMAZING! Love the elastic on the ends so they stay on the mattress better. They are so soft and just envelope you in comfort when you crawl into bed. They washed and dried beautifully. Definitely recommend as long as you wash them first!

The smell is terrible after you take them out. Why?!?! Other than this they’re amazing sheets. I’m very suspicious of the smell though. I used tide and washed them with extra rinse….but what the heck is that smell?!?!

They look great however THE SMELL when you take them out of the package is absolutely disgusting. Why do bedsheets smell like blue cheese or worse, foot fungus?? They seriously made me gag. After washing them with an extra rinse and lots of fabric softener, they didn’t smell. Other than that, so far so good with them.

The patented fit technology is superb! I've never had a fitted sheet so easy to put on our thick, heavy mattress. I've had the sheets about four weeks, washed them weekly in warm water and they are practically wrinkle free when I take them out of the dryer. The dyes are not fading (I bought the white with blue flowers - a lovely, delicate print). I would give these sheets 5 stars but they are not as soft and silky as I prefer. They felt a little warmer than my other sheets but not uncomfortably so. If I hadn't started using them during this hot, humid summer, I probably wouldn't have noticed that.

Although these have a higher thread count, they are stiff & scratchy. Seeing that they’re 100% cotton, we hope they soften up as they’re washed a few times.

I’ve had the same Threshold sheets for 4 years and loved them. I needed new sheets, but was worried after reading some of the negative reviews stating the quality had changed. I made the mistake of buying less expensive microfiber sheets from a big warehouse store. After a week of fixing popped corners every morning and feeing like our Pjs were clinging to the sheets every night, we’d had enough. I picked the Cosmic Rust pattern and so far we really like them. They do come out pretty wrinkly from the dryer, but so far they are very smooth (not slippery) and the extra strip of elastic on the corners should help keep them from popping up.

Love the design and quality however it could have been a little softer.

It is a nice set of queen sheets. Not luxurious but adequate for this price.

I’ll start by saying that I love these sheets. they are soft, they don’t wrinkle easily, and the elastic on the sides makes them fit my mattress nicely. The only downside is I don’t think that they last a long time, the fitted sheet especially wears thin and then rips. I usually have 2 sets of sheets that I rotate & wash weekly. I get about a 1.5 years out of them before they inevitably rip. But I keep buying them because I haven’t found anything that both my husband like better.
