Underdesigned WEAK Fan Motors ! That's it in a nutshell. Fans easily stopped by a back breeze. Way too weak. Electronic switch is kinda odd and impractical. Also, no reversing option. Go with the manual switch. Never again ! Another brand next time.

I wish I give zero stars for the remote. There isn’t one!!! How stupid. And the one button to control all the speed settings is even more stupid.

I bought this for my parents and I am kind of mixed reviews on it. It is super thin and that is the biggest thing that my mother is happy with because the screen doesn't come out of their window and they have a really small window. So this fit perfectly. However I was under the impression that this had a temperature cycle and that the blades could be reversed. And by that I mean you could flip a button and it could either suck cool air into your house or flip a switch and the fans will blow the hot air out of the room outside. This fan actually doesn't do that and that is rather disappointing to me because I was under the impression that it did. My mother's solution is to just put it in the window backwards so that way it'll pull the hot air out of the bedroom when she's sewing. But then that means the digital display is on the outside against the screen and that is not how it should be.

It’s quiet , it’ll turn around to switch directions 6month later the middle fan stopped. Only two work.

When they work they're fine - not an impressive amount of wind, but adequate. The bigger problem is durability; I bought two and the center fan on one died a very loud and catastrophic death in the middle of the night -after only moderate use for a few months - as its bearing seemed to come apart. The outer two still seem okay, though this is clearly still unacceptable.

This product is not easily reversible. Other reviewers are correct. You must take it out and turn it around to switch the air flow. I bought it anyway because the color matches the standard window metal white better than others and it is low profile and fit my windows.

Not enough powerful but otherwise woks good

it's alright. Doesn't really fit a sliding window (or at least MY sliding window), it's too short (even with the extensions. and flipping it to reverse it the sides don't "fit" into the window panes. Good price though, strong fans. The multiple modes though don;t do much. I either have it off, or full on; but hey you may want it at 22.9897% power, right?

It cannot be controlled by remote. You'll have to press the button, again and again, to get to the right setting which is rather annoying. The three fan works wonderfully though.

It worked well at the beginning. It’s quiet. But 1 fan stopped working after 1year, then another fan broke after 1 month.
