quality fan, but not powerful enough to draw air in from other windows.

We bought this about a year ago. Because I work for a storage facility; when our apartment starting getting cramped this winter, I decided to get a small "seasonal" unit. This fan went in there at the top of the items. After having it plugged back in after being in the storage for about 5 months, the middle fan stopped working after 2 weeks. And then today I turned the fan on to help circulate some air in the room because I put down a carpet cleaner. Well the bottom fan is now not working. About 1 year old, and only 6 months of use and the fan is crapping out. We only turn it on at night or like today when I am doing a bunch of cleaning. I'm disappointed because I bought it for the great reviews. Not worth the money that you pay.

I thought it would exhaust the air as well and it don’t unless you turn the fan around

I have had several types and brands of window fans, and they run for days at a time in my apartment on exhaust mode to remove smoke, cooking/frying smells, etc. This fan is by far the smallest in height - almost half the size of the other dual fan types. The pros: - Much smaller in height - Much quieter - On high it delivers better performance than the dual The cons: - Does not fit as well in my window - there were large gaps that I had to cover with tape to get adequate sealing/performance - Unless you run the fan on high all the time ( I do ), one or more fans will not be spinning...(on low only one spins, medium two, high all three), so unless you run it on high, you run the risk of bugs coming in etc/basically have an open window. Not a huge deal because the fan is quiet on high - but worth noting

Compact design. Not much air volume when installed in window. Used in a small room and could not feel the air across the room.

I liked the product but I need more extenders. I tried calling the company for extenders, but not reachable.

1 month of having this fan and the center blade no longer works. It started making a loud noise then failed completely. The outer 2 blades still work. It works well other then the failure. Blows a nice amount of air and is very quiet.

I bought 4 of these to move the cool air from my upward-facing PTAC units into the center of the room. Worked like a charm. UPDATE: after 6 months or so (1000 hours?), they stopped working, I think because dust clogs. Then they're not easy to clean and require disassembly.

I bought 2 of these fans for my bedroom. I like how much smaller it is compared to the two-fan system but the only gripe I have with it is that it does not have a reverse feature so the only way to exhaust the dead air in the room is to flip the whole fan the other way.

Really just blew warm air in from the outside. Only works when it's cool outside, but then you wouldn't need the fan.
