Update Review on 1/21/22 The seller contacted me after I returned the bag and got a full refund. I explained to them that I liked the bag itself but the writing on the bag was what I didn't like. They offered to send me their other bags which have no writing on. They even sent me sample color images so I can pick. I don't think I have ever received such a great customer service! You have seen products that has funny "Engrish" writing on, right? This toiletry bag has one on. I should have taken a picture of that before sending it back! Other than that, it was a great looking bag which was also functional. I thought about keeping it and cover the "Engrish" part, but decided not to. If you can ignore funny English writing/sentence, this product is GREAT!

This is the perfect hygiene vacation kit for any woman who over packs but my only concern is the see-through pocket. The material seams quite thin and I fear if I kept anything sharp in that pocket it would rip. So this product is amazing but I wish the one pocket had thicker material.

So sad that this nifty little carrying kit is falling apart very fast. The zipper is flimsy and also the stitching is coming undone sooner than expected. The velcro is not holding up as good as it could be so that was disappointing as well. updated: After being contacted regarding my faulty product, Mossio did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied. They immediately sent me another case to replace the faulty one and I cannot say how grateful and excited I am to be able to keep using this little bag. Turns out I did have a faulty product, the new one is a lot sturdier and is holding up just well when full of toiletries. It helps to have that small hook in the inside to hang it up while traveling. I love it!

Updating my review from 2 stars to 4 after excellent customer service. Original review: "I really loved this when I received it. It's a great size (though the slots to hold things inside the biggest pouch are a little flimsy). Unfortunately, it ripped and there is now a hole in the bag. I've had it less than two months, never washed it, never put anything sharp in it. Bummer." I had no way of contacting the company, but they reached out to me, apologized for the inconvenience, and sent me a new bag free of charge. They clearly stand behind their product, and I am hoping this one holds up.

I ordered this bag just in time for a trip to the U.K. It definitely would fit my full size shampoo and conditioner but I think I will be fine. I'm more of a dry shampoo girl anyway ;) The bag itself is good quality and I love the print. It's not a large bag, it doesn't fit all of my products but I'm just bringing what I know I'm going to use! It hangs on the back of my bathroom door nicely.
