Extremely too small

Even though getting a measuring tape out and imaging the size of the product... it was much smaller. It would carry travel sized items. They did a great job with visual effects to make the product look larger. The hook will not hang on a door. Not sure where one would hang this product. It is small enough to place on a counter next to the sink and not take up much room. I cannot get use of this item and donated it to Goodwill.

I’m not sure I got the right product...the bag has the “brand” all over the pink part of the print which I feel looks extra tacky, that is not what is shown in the photo. There is also what looks like a dirty spot/misprint on the bag? The bag also looks cheaper than what is shown in the product photo or even compared to other product review photos. Pretty disappointed because the photo looked great!

The quality of this toiletries bag is disappointing. The plastic inside is very thin as well as the mesh and the overall bag looks flimsy. Update: the customer service reaches out to me and offered a full refund. They assure me they would investigate why the product was not up to expectations. They have been responsive and efficient! I bought other products from this brand which were of much better quality so it might be that in this case the supplier was different. I hope they do look into it to get back to a better quality.
