This bag is smaller than I expected Be sure to read the dimensions. Otherwise, it will hold many of the items that I plan to take in vacation.

The bag is smaller than it looks on the photo. I am not pleased with it but will keep it. I would not buy again.

**Update: this company has excellent customer service and reached out to me following my original review to replace the product. Customer service is 5 stars. I’ll update my review based on the product once I have an opportunity to use it.** I bought this several months ago, but just used it for the first time and the zipper on the main compartment does not work. I actually bought this item to replace my last bag that had a broken zipper. Poor quality.

Worked well for my cruise, but unfortunately one of the zippers came off about 5 days into my 10 day trip. So, I’m not impressed with the durability. I can no longer use the compartment with the broken zipper, so I only got one use out of this product.

Returned because it is much smaller than expected. It also looks super cheap. If I’m going to spend $20, I’ll get a cuter one at Target or something. This was a little disappointing because I needed right away. I decided that I am better off with a ziplock bag.

cute design and i should not have expected much for the price, but according to the reviews i did expect much more durability. i travel for work at least once a month so need something that can withstand a lot of use, not sure these zippers and super lightweight materials will last the test of time. but for the price, i won’t feel bad if it doesn’t last.

Smaller than anticipated and the pockets don’t really make organizational sense. Biggest problem is that the zipper busted on the first trip. Edit to Add: company read my review and issued a refund. Added 2 stars to my 1 star review to reflect the service provided. Doesn’t change the quality of the bag but I appreciate the effort.

I would say is a 3 starts. Pros: its cute and the quality seems okay. Better than other ones I bought it before. It's good for small trips. Cons: it's not well designed. It should be larger and bigger so you can actually close the bag. If you put taller products it wont close. Also it doesn't fit a lot on it bc it wont close. It needs to be longer. For long trips you will need a second bag for other products. I am keeping it bc it will be good enough for my trips. But if I do a long one I wouldn't take this.
