Don’t buy not worth the money

No owner's manual or product brochure came with the mixer so if I did have issues I would know whom to contact...and then the mixer would not work, could not get it to start, no matter what I did...so I had to return it and now waiting on a different mixer from a different company...hope I have better luck this time.

The media could not be loaded. The first one I ordered the back of the arm looked like it was chewed up and you had to forcefully open the arm. I returned it and they sent me a replacement but it has the same issue but the crease where it bends is flush so you can’t lift the arm at all. Completely disappointed

If you are looking for a product that is easy to use and doesn’t require your constant attention THIS IS NOT IT. Dough constantly rises above dough hook, and you have to baby the machine constantly no matter how much you put in the bowl.

The media could not be loaded. Got this stand mixer for my husband for Christmas, he was so excited so he wanted to open early. We were met with disappointment because the back is broken and it will not allow the arm to lift up, unless forced. I do NOT want a replacement I want a refund! Will be returning today.

I bought this mixer in March 2021 and I never put all accessories such as a dough hook in the washing machine. After using the dough hook/the beater for a few time only with a low speed, there was a black oily residue leaking from the joint area where we attached the dough hook /the beater and a loud noise when operating. The joint area includes the output shaft and the area where the dough hook/the beater connected and locked. The noise was louder and there was more residue come out from the joint area when I increased the speed. I now can see the dough hook/the beater surface removed in the connection area and it's black. Very disappoint!!.

Used this only twice now and BOTH times I get this black metallic looking dust falling everywhere. I cleaned out the attachments really well with only water in case it was oxidation of attachment but still the same problem. I wanted to love this mixer but I can't feed this to my family and I am VERY UPSET. this Is a very basic bread dough and the whole reason I bought this mixer. Please help!

Does not mix powdered ingredients well, only mixes on the top and the ingredients on the bottom are left not combined. Very frustrating

Their attachment is not dish-washer safe! The coating of our dough hook is off after washing by dish-washer for a few times. We are asking Vospeed whether they sell their attachment, but they are not replying their customer service email or FB message! Don't buy it!
