Just purchased yesterday. I cleaned it and reassembled it and it already started to smoke on the first juice (apples, kale, spinach, lemon) and it started smoking on the kale. I unplugged, cleaned it, and let it sit and then continued my next juice. I should’ve known if it couldn’t handle kale, carrots and sweet potatoes were going to be a stretch. Well I didn’t make it through an entire carrot. It started smoking again and so I stopped. Tried to continue again and it won’t come on at all now. I can appreciate the automatic shutoff but if I have to do this multiple times through every juice, it’s certainly not worth it. This is going back ASAP!

This juicer lasted less than two months before it started making the sounds of a large truck engine and started to smoke. A complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY!

Doesn’t work don’t waste your money

I should have read the reviews before buying it. It shake a lot and suddenly it started smelling like smoke.

Oh my God when I start to juicing its noisy look like break everthing and cannot juice for 1 person.goung to return today.

It literally caught on fire when I put a sliced lime inside. I owned it for approximately 43 minutes then returned it.

Brought this Power XL yesterday got it home and was trying to make some juice and it started to smell like something was burning and it doesn't give you a lot of juice. I put apples in and some of them got stuck and the was cut in half uhhh so disappointed taking this back tomorrow. Everything that look good ain't good please don't buy don't waste your money on this product.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have been juicing for years and liked the idea of self cleaning. It does not clean itself. You still have to take the pieces apart and wash everything. My Breville is better and I’m glad I didn’t get rid of it for this. It also shot my vegetables back at me knocking the pulp container and pulp all over the kitchen.

It juices fine, but it is not self cleaning. You still have to clean out 5 parts every time you juice.
