juice came out chunky and was not as easy to clean as advertised.

Broke the first time I used it. Shuts off after 30 seconds of running and smells like burnt rubber.

This device did not work and was very loud. Nor was it self cleaning. My Hamilton beach juicer was definitely better than this.

Used one time and it started making a loud noise and burning. Waste of money.

This juicer is HORRIBLE. I don’t know if it is just a juicer thing but this produces practically no juice. Around my 10th time using it it stops working completely. i’ll put fruit in it then it will make this huge noise and start smelling like burnt rubber. by the way it isnt self cleaning. it says to put water in it but that only cleans the blade. smh

This is the worst juicer I have ever purchased not what was expected at all, I tried to juice some carrots, beets and apples doesn’t make sense I have to cut in small pieces to extract what’s the point. Also pulp chute doesn’t stay in place when juicing

This thing is sooooo loud! Like I had to close two doors and could still hear it from my bedroom while my husband was using it. Also it smells like it’s burning and did not extract much juice at all. These machines should be recalled and taken off the shelf.

I loved how it juiced fruits and vegetables well. I didn’t like how it started smoking while juicing beets.

This juicer should be taken off the market!!! It's not self cleaning to begin with it, you still have to rinse pulp. After the first 2 uses it started shaking like it was going to lift off into outer space. Then it stopped working altogether ) : I just wanted some nice juice sad face

I pulled this out of the box brand new, washed it, and tried to juice carrots. Upon putting the first carrot in, it made this horribly violent noise and started to smoke. It smelled like burnt rubber and then shut off. After cleaning it out, unplugging it, and plugging it back in, it won’t turn on. Worst juicer I’ve ever used. What a waste of money.
