I tried the NordVPN service and found it to be extremely slow most of the time. I was mostly perturbed about the service when I couldn’t access sites I had before even when using the USA based server. I will say the layout of the application is nice and simple so it doesn’t appear too overwhelming. But try and adjusting settings and that is another story.After trying different settings and servers I decided to cancel my service within the 30 day money back guarantee.Nord told me no refund would be issued because I was not within the 30 day period. What??!!Do your research before purchasing. The Better Business bureau lists Nord as having a C- rating. My takeaway from this is NordVPN = SCAM.

I used Norton's VPN for a year and was not very pleased with it so I shopped around again when it came up for renewal. NordVPN seemed to have good reviews so I decided to try it. Immediately I started having problems accessing websites so I had to switch it off. But then I spent most of a day trying to print to my two home network printers which were continually in an "error state" or being "offline". I suspected NordVPN but it was switched off so I thought it couldn't be the problem. After reinstalling printer drivers and umpteen other things to no avail, I decided to uninstall NordVPN. Bingo! All of my problems went away. If I can't even use my computer *even with the VPN switched off*, what good is this product?

It's ironic that you can buy NordVPN on Amazon, because when using the app, I can't log on the Amazon's website via my Windows PC and my iPhone Amazon app doesn't work. I also am unable to use Yahoo Mail from my Windows PC using Microsoft Outlook and I'm also unable to access it with my iPhone using the native Mail app. I contacted them and they didn't have any way to resolve these issues. I also tried to get my money refunded but because it was 2 months not 1 month after purchase, they wouldn't do it. Despite the glorious reviews I've read online about NordVPN, for me it's more trouble than it's worth.

Did not install correctly, would not accept the activation code that came with it, will not allow me access to the internet on the device I used to install, therefore I cannot access help, even to uninstall and reinstall, a window keeps asking for my authentication information but I never even got to that point. In my mind I just paid $99 to keep me from accessing the internet on my laptop for 18 months. And No phone number is provided as an option for help.

I think it's installed on my computer. But my phone I don't have it installed and I'm having problems getting it installed.

It worked great for months and then it all came crashing down. First, I couldn't access Amazon.com. They told me to use the Canada server. That worked. Why does that matter? I have no idea. Then months later I couldn't access the net at all when it was on. They gave me a million things to try to fix the problem. Nothing worked. I shouldn't have to go through this. I am so disappointed in this product. I paid for multiple years. Now I have a NordVPN subscription for a product that doesn't work for what I bought it for.

I can't access my email or other important apps when I activate this product. Therefore, it's a waste of money for me to have purchased it.

I've had product 1 1/2 years. It may have worked 50-60 days out of this time period. Norton has reinstalled product 40-50 times. When computer is turned on, VPN doesn't load. Norton has referred product tp Tier 2 Tech Support numerous times but Tier 2 support doesn't answer or fails to return your call as promised.

BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY EVER!!!! worked great the first 30 days...but once I couldn’t get a refund, everything started working like crap. I have to re connect to it anytime I use my phone because it shuts off my WiFi and internet doesn’t work. Very frustrating and wish to point you all in a different direction

Disliked this product. Lost money buying this product. Never had this problem with any other security product.
