Got it used when we were said it was new, honestly very disappointed

Useless product. Bad design. Not useful for short people.

The media could not be loaded. Top tube was smashed in and couldn’t be connected to bottom bar. Now I get to walk a mile to the nearest UPS to return this hunk of junk.

The item came missing parts. It is unusable without the part. I called and they said they can't get me the part for 45 days. Why send me an item with missing parts???
