Works ok. Easy to assemble. Not as sturdy as others I have used

Easy to assemble...the distance from the headboard to the arm bar is rather large making it difficult to use

This thing is not very sturdy. The screw hole don't really line up properly and the cheap plastic pieces feel like they're gonna snap. We'll see but this thing just seems cheap and flimsy. My husband just added more substantial screws so hopefully that works.

Working job is good

Not as comfortable as my old one but it will do. Just hard to replace old faithful machines, too old to make changes easily.

The product was fine but proved too big for the small person that was planning on using it. The return shipping was over $10.

I was sent an item that was obviously a return as the head rest was dirty as were the yellow foam covers. Very disappointed.
