Very Hard and awkward neck support. Seems like the machine is for a short person or child

My expectations were very high after reading the positive reviews and the high cost about this quipment I purchased.The Goplus Ab Fitness Crunch didnt meet my expectations.The instructions on how to put the device together was confusing if you didnt have the online photo to look at.Secondly, the screws stripped when I put them in their respective holes. The plastic connector is neither cheap or the product is poorly designed because 2 of the screws are installed at an angle due to the plastic connector being too small for the screw.Thirdly, the headrest is very uncomfortable, not adjustable and very annoying when trying to perform a simple crunch.

The price is too high for the quality of the product. It is flimsy it's not too sturdy the screws need to be tightened each use.

I have tried to use this....But it makes me arch my back and is causing more pain than my extra weight.....will donate
