Trying too lose stomach

Saw Dick Van Dyke using it in an interview at 95 years old. I am almost 70 Along with a standstill bike and this product I have lost 50 pounds I am able to maintain better blood pressure and sugar levels without hurting myself. I've been using this for 20 years, great at home work out.

My husband set it up and thought it would be a great help for me. However, he had to leave the house before I could show him my concern regarding my height. He did say it is very well constructed! When he gets home, I will show him my concern and see if it can be adjusted at all.

A good product. By having it ready on the floor, it reminds me to do my sit ups. With my knee and hip issues, this device helps me to do sit ups without aggravating my joint pain issues.

I Really like this Ab roller much better than the first one I bought several years ago. I recommend it. Price was ok but, everything is high anymore.
