This is the second umbrella that I purchased. The first umbrella worked quite well which convinced me to make the second purchase. Upon assembling the second umbrella the mechanism to raise the umbrella did not work. I contacted customer support with no response.

It was not easy Assembly and the roller to fold it or take it down not connected.

The pole for this umbrella does not fit a standard table even with the plastic insert removed. It will cost more than $25 to return it. The material on the umbrella itself is quite thin and would likely not hold up very well. We are sending it back right away. The company shipped it to us free but would only pay for return shipping if the product was defective. One could argue a pole to thick for an outdoor table makes this a product unfit for the particular purpose which is the very definition of defective.

Didn’t come with half the parts, looks like it’s already been used and came damaged.

the base comes apart because the plastic base pieces that join the metal base corners do not hold the base together because the plastic bends . This makes it very difficult and cumbersome to move even a short distance. It was replaced by the company once, but the second one didn't last very long either. The base is plastic and doesn't hold up. The ribs of the umbrella are so flimsy that a breeze bend them even though the base held it upright A waste of money even though on first glance the price was lower than most umbrellas of this size; it did not last even one season.

Very unhappy to discover that this beautifully made umbrella leaks like a sieve. The product description claims that the unit is "water resistant." At my party last night, raindrops came through it like it wasn't there. Very disappointing.

These umbrella's are easily damaged and snap from just a little bit of wind. 3 out of the 4 that I purchased are broken and damaged beyond repair. I do not recommend this item unless you are using it indoors where there is no wind.

Broken after 6 months. The fabric fades so bad and it looks ancient now.

Bought 4 of these umbrellas. Nothing about these umbrellas are fade resistant. Have had them outside for two months and are already faded to the point they look dirty. Also, heavy steel frame, NO one has already beenput in the junk as two of the support arms broke. Other than being large there are not many good features about these umbrellas

This umbrella was not easy to setup. It looked good for a short-short time, then it got mildew and color faded quickly. It lasted less than 2 months. The only plus was the size, but it looked horrible soon after.
