I should have read the reviews I love it but it won't stay open. For the money it should stay open.

This product is cheap and will fade! Do not spend your money!

Purchased this umbrella on 8/10/2020 and only used it for one month in 2020. This year I used it for 3 months so far and the rope that works the up and down broke. The umbrella was stored in the basement over the winter and it was brought out at the beginning of May. Not a good product to purchase. I would not recommend the item for purchase. Thanks you..

This one the second one I ordered to replace the first one that broke! Those bars evidently are connected with plastic and can't hold up iven under mild conditions!!! Won't order any more!!

Completely loved this umbrella when I got it...however, it completely faded from a nice blood red orange to a lighter than peach color in just 1 summer of use. We don't live in FLORIDA either, we live in Illinois. It is an embarrassment to even put it out this year.

This umbrella sways,rocks and spins with the smallest amount of wind. The spinning is way to much. Cant enjoy because it constantly moving. I live were there is very little wind if any. Unfortunately I bought it a couple months ago and just opened box and put out so cant return.

Assembly was OK but broke within 15 minutes with 3 small breezes still waiting for refund 2 weeks

Strong gust of wind destroyed this product. Not sturdy at all. The metal twisted and even completely snapped. It’s not usable after less than a month. Save your money.

The media could not be loaded. I like it but the quality it's not that good I just put this together yesterday and now it's already broken. And I want my refund please tell me how can return it back to you . Thank you very much
