I installed this umbrella in my backyard and after (2) months 2 of the support rods broke on a windy day. When I contacted Tanga they said tough luck. There’s nothing we can do for you since it’s been over 30 days.

Do not buy this item! The base isn’t strong enough for the umbrella so any amount of wind will tip it over. It’s also made of weak materials so a gust of wind snapped the support bars. We only used it twice and had to throw it away.

We ordered the first one and loved so we ordered a second one and the box was damaged and so was the frame to the umbrella

Poor quality fell once and broke in several places. Manufacturer has no replacement parts and not willing to replace or refund. Not worth the money. Don’t purchase from this manufacturer.

Do not buy this umbrella. The metals are so thin, they will break with barely a breeze. Lasted a couple of months. How long should an outdoor umbrella last? 5 years? How about 5 months. Asked for a replacement or a refund within a year and they said no. Very unreasonable.

I ordered this in February 2021. I barely used it all summer. Decided to use it mid- October for a family function.A mild wind (not gusty at all) came and it immediately fell over (not very hard). The supporting under bracket broke at the joints. Now I have a 15 ft slanted umbrella with an un-fixable part.It was a nice umbrella but no good to me for this reason.I feel that these brackets should be stronger to support this size umbrella.
