It has a very loud buzzing noise

I've had this about 6 months now. It's bowing in the middle. It's soon to be landfill.

THIS IS A TOTAL PIECE OF JUNK!!! Save your $40!!! I love the style but it's flimsy and won't stand up straight. It's all bent and hard to fix. The wire gets completely tangled and it takes 20 minutes to unwind it. You have to do this before you try to straighten the lamp because otherwise you have a big knot underneath the stand and it won't stand up straight. Just AWFUL!!! Returning it ASAP.

I really don't give this any stars at all. I could never use it because no matter what I did it never stood straight. Could not make it right. Must be a flaw in design.

So disappointed in this. It's the 2nd lamp I've bought at Target in under 90 days that became useless due to issues at the head of the lamp. This one appears to be stripped inside the Off/On switch making it impossible to use. The last one had a cracking plastic housing around the bulb itself. Lamp #1 was a more expensive version of a brushed brass and both were pretty attractive; however, I need it to actually be a lamp----for reading and doing jigsaw puzzles. I have no one else here using them, these have only daily minimum use in the evening. One bad apple I can understand, but all the hassle twice is a pain and a sign of poor quality.

I was extremely disappointed with how this lamp looked when it arrived. I had seen it in stores set up on a display but ordered it online and when it got set up it did not look right. It tilted to one side and looked extremely cheap. I know the price isn't bad but who wants something that looks cheap and tilts to one side on the first day? I already returned it and am still on the lookout for an alternative option...

DO NOT BUY. This lamp is a TOTAL piece of junk that means significantly and will fall over in the middle of the night. Worst purchase I have made in years. Do not buy this, if you do- you will be extremely sad that you did a few hours later

Came broken and unable to be repaired. Chipped brass.

The pieces don't fit together and it stopped working within a few months. It looks hideous and crooked and the actual LIGHT doesn't even work!

About a year in with this lamp and the metal where the shade arm attaches just broke in two. Too bad, I did love it!
