For the price, these are fantastic. There is only one point on the lamp that is adjustable. For the price, can I really complain about that? No. It’s sturdy, super easy to put together, and looks good.

I tried 2 other floor lamps and a desk lamp for my office. They weren't tall enough, fully adjustable or got too hot. Maybe some folks got a lemon, but my lamp was fine. I easily assembled the pieces and was able to tighten it. The lamp is a good height and most importantly doesn't get hot. The only issue was tightening the adjustable piece. It sleeps slipped the first time. I can see how frequent adjusting or over tightening will strip the threads. Overall, happy for the price and quality. I would recommend it if you set reasonable expectations based on price.

My only bad thing to say is that I have the lamp in my bedroom on carpet so it doesn’t sit as flat on the ground like it would, if there were hardwood floors or tile, but I love it!

Pretty, functional lamp. Easy assembly, but the base got a small dent really easily. It will be sitting behind a sofa and not super visible, but worth taking into consideration if yours would be more visible.

Easy set up, cute for the price. Minus one star because the "hinge" of the lamp is kind of sticky / not super mobile and fluid for bending to different heights/orientations and the brass finish scratches fairly easily.

This lamp performs well, looks contemporary, and is a great value, but it does have its design limitations. 1. Although it is easy to put together, it is also easy to damage it during assembly. You have to make sure that the sections are perfectly lined up before screwing them together; otherwise the threads may be damaged. 2. It would be a lot more convenient had Target bundled a dimmable LED bulb, and changed the on/off switch to a continuous dimmer switch. 3. The lamp doesn’t angle up as high as we would like. 4. As others have said, the lamp doesn’t light a room well. We’d love it a lot more if the shade was semi-transparent.

Looks pretty. Nice and sturdy, though the main shaft doesn't PERFECTLY line up after assembly. Comes in a nice medium sized box. I was able to assembly by myself. I liked the lamp overall and would have kept it if it fit better in my living space. I recommend this lamp, but I did return it for something else.

Beautiful piece within Target's Project 62 line. The piece adds a simple and modern vibe, but also elegance, to any room. The price is great for what you get. The only complaint I have is the light bulb that it comes with. I would have preferred a warmer tone given the brass/gold of the piece. Nonetheless, no buyer's remorse.

Bought lamp for a small church library. It seems steady, the brass seemed to be all the same color and it was easy to put together. I ordered it online, picked up at Topsham, Maine store without a problem. Very cordial men waited on me, all masked.
