The shades of gold differ between the different pieces and they didn't screw on straight. I was also disappointed that the lamp can not swivel to face either direction. I needed it to point left, which meant that the cord coming out of the bottom of the lamp came out to the front. Even though it was a low sale price, I was unhappy with it and I had to return this lamp.

I didn't see the notice on the website that this product contains chemicals/toxins that are subject to California's P365 warning. I returned it immediately when it arrived in the mail and had the warning sticker on it. There are plenty of lamps out there. Why get one that contains toxins?

We had the lamp for less than six months and the metal arm broke off at the knob. The metal holding the lamp head just broke and now the lamp is unfixable.

At first glance, the lamp looks like it does in the description, however, once I unpacked it from the box and put it together I noticed that the “shade” part of the lamp was deformed. The box it was shipped in wasn’t damaged at all, and the only part of the lamp that was deformed was the shade. It looks very strange if you look at it head on and I’m going to have to return it.

This took forever to arrive, and when it did, I unpacked what felt like a mountain of styrofoam only for this cheap lamp to be missing a screw. It doesn't stand upright without the screw, so I can't use it. We're in the middle of a pandemic, so it's going to be such a pain to pack this back up, haul it to a post office, and wait for my return.

Bought this lamp because it was Targets most inexpensive floor lamp that was in stock at my local store. Big mistake. This lamp is poor quality. All parts of it come loose and hang. I was hit in the head when it tipped over for no reason while I was working at my desk. My husband is very handy and he has tried to fix it many times to no avail. i am not sure if the one we got is a "lemon" or if they are just all poorly made. Do not buy this headache!!

This lamp is AMAZING at absolutely nothing. Assembly is impossible. Here’s a portrait: D—— / \ / -O Literally what it looks like laying on my floor refusing to screw together for over an hour. Even tried plumbers tape on the threading. Cussed a lot. Gave up. *Key: D=Lampshade O= Base

The threading was stripped on the key weight-bearing piece that connects to the base. Tried electrical tape and plumbing tape to repair the threads and no luck. Now will be making a trip to the store for a refund.

This lamp is way too too heavy and won’t stand up straight on its own. The threading is not tight where the base connects to the shaft of the lamp so that part is super unsteady. Overall pretty unhappy with the purchase.

Very pretty, but the base threading is completely lose and can’t hold the lamp at all. It’s going back in the box and getting returned.
