I honestly cannot say anything bad about these ear buds. Hands down they are quality!!

I've had them for two days and I love these earbuds. I love having the small compact carrying case that I can carry in my purse without taking up space. I like that the earbuds are voice activated when you put them on to tell you that the battery is charge and that both earbuds are connected. These are more features that I have ever had and I love it. This is my first pair of truly wireless earbuds. The first pair of earbuds that I had that were wireless were beats with the earbuds connected to each other. I had to charge them every night to be able to have a charge for the next day. I also would have breaks in the music (during the good parts of a song) and sometimes I had to turn them off because of static. I would recommend these buds.

I bought some originally for myself about 2 yrs ago, my daughter kept using them, so I bought her a pair. So far hers have given her no troubles, she loves them.

My brother and SIL both got these and said how great they were. I have tried probably at least 5 other expensive brands and sent them back. Not these. They are amazing, stay in my ears when walking, working in the yard, anywhere. A huge plus for me, my dad can hear me on his phone without me screaming into mine.

Very happy with this product. Great sound - set to the JLab signature eq and made sure I had the right size gel tips on each (for me, switching to the provided larger size gel tip gave me the most comfort and the best sound I wanted). All other aspects seem to work well. Again, very happy and satisfied with these.

I like the overall looked of them and the carrying case. But the battery was the main issue on these used headphones. I had them charging long enough for a full charge. They died within a minute of testing them out. Definitely returning for a full refund, and buying the original brand new ones.

Once I got them paired with phone they work really well. I can travel throughout my house and even step outside and still have quality communication without carrying my phone. Came with different size earpieces as well
