Well the first pair had manufacturer defect; the right earpiece seemed not to hold a charge. Easy return - and replacement pair was delivered next day. Honestly I got these for my son, so I haven't critiqued the sound first hand. I've heard no complaints from him tho, always has em in, and seems to assist in his goal of ignoring when he's spoken to. Good buy.

EXCELLENT!!! Better than air pods in my opinion, Happy and impressed with the quality, comfort and long usage time. Planning on buying a second one!

I recently purchased a pair of JLab air executive earbuds and I am very pleased with my purchase. After doing a lot of research, comparing them to other true wireless headphones, and reading through several of the reviews, I decided to go for it despite the three-star reviews and people talking about issues connecting the earbuds to their devices. I went for them mainly because they have great mic quality and the JLab signature sound mode is amazing. the earbuds were super easy to connect to my phone and smart TV, I had zero issues with that. They are really comfortable to wear for extended periods of time and the case is very sleek. There is also a set of foam tips that comes in the case that shape to your ear. I tried to shake them out of my ear by jumping around and shaking my head like I was at an 80's rock concert and I didn't even have to reposition them. All in all, they are a great product, especially for the price. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Amazing how they sound and the battery life is amazing. The only brand I will buy.

Love my new Jlabs. I READ the instructions that came with it to learn how to connect it to my phone which was easy. Learned how to change the EQ to bass boosted which sounds soooo amazing. Can't hear anything else when I have both of them in. Crisp sound. I always get Jlab headphones and they never let me down. The only thing that sucks is that I can't use the left without the right but I can use the right without the left.i think it might be because the functions that the right does. But still a great product! I listened to my head phones for almost 12 hours straight, mainly just the right side..give or take me putting the headphones away for 30 minutes here and there and still almost fully charged and that's with the EQ and bass boosted and volume up! I love my new Jlabs!

I have had these headphones for almost a year now. I love how it comes with different ear bud tips such as the cloud foam, which I have used during long trips overseas. I am very pleased with the quality of the audio--sound is clear, crisp, and noise cancellation is fantastic. When I am listening to music at a decent volume, I cannot hear people speaking to me and, there is also the option to disable the noise cancellation if you want to hear what is going on around you (say, walking around in a city). Great for working out (they stay in pretty well). The charging case is a bonus and is sleek and smooth. The only downside to these headphones is that I have smaller ears so they start to hurt a tiny bit after I have worn them for multiple hours.

This is my second pair of JLabs. The battery life is fantastic-way better than my AirPods. The sound is great, and pairing was easy. You also have a choice of sizes in eartips. I LOVE the Cloud Foam eartips- so comfy!

Second time I purchased (first ones stolen) Great value for the price. Blue tips almost like sound canceling. Could hear the music on a military cargo flight. Will continue to use
