Two out of the four bases leaks. Filled with water and watched all the water leak out.

Doesnt work with BCP cantilever umbrella, purchased it as frequemtly bought together item with bcp umbrella, the metal hooks are too short to fit with bcp cantilever umbrella

This product cannot hold the umbrella sturdy and it fall down easily. The leg not heavy . Cannot hold the umbrella stand tight and sturdy.

Not happy. I have two of them that have holes/ leak.

Do not buy this. They said it was complere bit did not come with stand. They would not take it back. NO STARS

These don't hold up well and we had our umbrella fall off couple of times in moderate wind. They should have had some sort of a link between each of the four bases so the bases can stay together since the bases cover only about an inch or less of the metal frame which is not enough to hold it when it is slightly windy

Upon first use, 2 out of 4 of the pieces leaked immediately when filling with water. When we attempted to replace, Best Choice said they had no idea when it would be back in stock. This was a shame as it was gifted to us with the umbrella. I do not recommend.

Pro: - Keeps the Best Choice Products offset umbrella from collapsing under its own weight. This is compensating for a serious flaw in the umbrella design, but this does achieve this. Con: - Plastic water reservoirs are incredibly weak. One of the four pieces sprung a leak on the first attempt to fill it, and became impossible to fill. - Reservoirs just rest atop the umbrella stand, and do not attach to it in any way. The only other hardware is 4 non-locking metal 'U' pieces which are to connect the reservoirs to each other. These are hard to attach, and trivial to dislodge with even accidental bumping. - Any attempt to scoot the umbrella base is guaranteed to make the U's pop out, the umbrella to fall over if it was extended, and requires resinstalling the entire based, 4 reservoirs, and 4 U pieces.
