Stats: I have an Android device. Doorbell purchased as a Renewed unit. I also purchased a renewed Eufy doorlock. The doorbell and the Eufy app are just fine. I will purchase units for 2 friends that are about to move to a new home. The doorbell itself looks high end. I wish there was a symbol of a bell to be placed on the corresponding button. A handful of folks have pressed on the camera circle not knowing the lower circle is the actual doorbell button. This button does light up but not until you ring it.The base also works fine however, the sound of the bell sounds low end. Maybe this, is an effect of the "renewed" status.LOVE the fact that when viewing a live feed, from that same window, you can speak and unlock the door lock. To achieve this last item, you have to purchase Eufy door lock. The live feed has a second delay or so, not bad at all. The notification on your phone that the doorbell has been rung, also has a 1 or 2 second delay. I don't have a basis for comparison but this seems VERY reasonable.I would recommend this product and the Renewed condition.

This is definitely the best door bell system on the market. It blows Ring or Nest out of the water completely in terms of picture quality, night vision, motion and everything else. It doesn’t have subscription or any hidden cost. Super pleased with this purchase. Highly highly recommended!

We have 4 eufy security cameras. We decided to get my son one for his new house, and he was so thankful.

Don’t listen to the naysayers. This is a fantastic doorbell. I love that I can see my packages and out in front of my door. It has super fast Response times. I love the auto answer feature. I love the package guarding feature. I love that it doesn’t bother me when the neighbors pets come on my porch. I love that I didn’t have to pay for a subscription, and I can stream it from anywhere. The app does all the setting up for you honestly as long as you have Internet.

After countless tries unable to sync doorbell to Homebase 2, I called and spoke with a wonderful tech support person. They discovered the Homebase 2 was defective and would not work at all. I am pleased to say they immediately owned the issue from start-to-finish offering warranty service to replace the item. My disappointment though and why I gave a 4-star rating is because initially the Homebase failed. ** In conclusion though, a day later, I learned I can sync it to my Homebase 3 unit and so the doorbell camera is currently in service!I used the 15-degree mount to include see more of left camera view.

OK but needs to have a (door monitor) with this package just something simple to see whos at the door nothing as ridiculous as echo cannot stand the Alexa Feature also needs a two way (Audio) not something that's written in

I upgraded from the previous version because it had a second camera and improvements settings. This model wasn't picking up my vehicle until I stopped in parking spot or any vehicles that pulled into the parking lot beyond ours. I changed setting to get the max (5) using both Standard and Advanced options. The previous camera would trigged whenever vehicles pulled into our parking lot. Today a delivery van pulled directly behind my vehicle, got out and walked out to mailbox, returned and left without ever triggering this camera. Confussed, I went back into Motion settings and see that its max is actually only 20 ft according to the diagram. My truck is 22 ft long and I can't pull it through the wall to get the back end of the vehicle within 20 ft just to try and capture someone standing behind it. I have switched back to the previous camera. I would have never purchased this if the Amazon listing had stated its Motion Detection limits.

Very disappointed about the product. Mainly 2 big NO, NO issues.1. Live video feed has a huge delay when using the EUFY App (iPhone). WHen someone rings the dual video doorbell I get a notification on my iPhone after about 2-3 seconds. Once I click on the notification and press on the Play button to start the live video on my iPhone. There is a huge (about 3-4 seconds) delay on the video with respect to the reality.I've specifically bought a pair of Amazon Echo Show 5th gen so I can get a live feed when someone rings. It takes about 30-60 seconds for the Echo Show to start displaying the first video frame. Even after that time, there is a video latency of about 2-3 seconds between what is actually happening infront of the video camera and the video being shown on the Echo show device. The Eufy dual camera video doorbell turned out to be too expensive for providing a "simple" doorbell that it is seems only usefull to make a bell sound when someone rings at the door.Big dissapointment!

I love the cover. The buffer time sucks.
