Piece of junk. Don’t buy it. Its a waste of money and your time configuring it and the worst piece is troubleshooting the same issue again and again with no resolution. I upgraded to dual camera with a homebase in hopes that it will resolve ‘device offline’ issue but no. Won’t buy this again.

this is an old version of there base station. Eufy didn't incorporate the bug fixes .

If someone approaches your home this door bell does NOT alert you! It is gray for package thieves and robbers! I had to go back to Ring.

It’s created so much interference in the office where the home base station is kept that I had to hard wired Ethernet to office laptop despite having the router in the same room with 1Gbps speed. After a week or so, now there is extremely delay in pulling the video after clicking the notification in the phone app.Wouldn’t recommend even though the dual camera set up of a very desirable feature.

I have to go to mysecurity.eufylife.com website and log in with id and password, then go to my email and get a security authentication code to enter, then go to the eufy Security App>Sidebar>Control Center>Web Portal Live Access and generate a Safety PIN, and enter it to see who is at the door. It's my pc in my home. There has to be a better way. My wife is laughing at me for buying the damn thing.

I received it, looked used, had smudges and dirt on mine. Stuck hairs on the protective plastic on the screen. I was not able to install it, after calling eufy support, turns out the doorbell was DOA. Previous owner burned it out before they returned it. You could see they had it wired based on the scratches where the screws go in the back. Renewed is not like refurbished. I bought refurbished before and came looking like new with maybe reused casing. This one looked sloppy. I went to Best Buy and bought a new one. Worked perfectly. Don’t waste your time, they returned them for a reason. It’s a gamble
