It lacks that leaver which allows for seamless blending . The blade does not cut super close even without the guard. This is for basic haircuts like high and tight or an undercut . I liked it for body hair grooming since its cordless and will not cut my skin. But I will definitely not do haircuts with this.The battery life is great and the power is steady. It took about 40 min to complete a haircut and body hair grooming. I charged it for 2 hrs prior. I did like the angle of the clipper blade for grooming and I like the grip positions. I don’t feel fatigued by the weight of the clipper blade.Value wise, I have really struggled with cordless clipper options so for a body grooming its a win.
