Really wish I would've bought another brand. Half the time this thing can't find its way back to charge, so we have to go find it, the other half it gets stuck on a rug thinking it's on a cliff and can't move... so irritated with this hunk of junk. Would not recommend.

Gets stuck all of the time Wont go home when told Bangs into furniture hard Rolls over my floor la.p based and pushed light furniture Noisy Does not clean very well, basically an expensive 1960s floor hand sweeper.

This product is nothing like it is marketed as. I bought this to replace a Neato but now I am going back to my Neato. I can't return this product because I threw the original packaging away. I should have hung on to it. If I could rate it a negative number, I would.

I had one if the very first units and it worked great until the battery finally died, Bought this unit thinking it would work like the first one I owned. I was sadly and frustratingly mistaken.

I am extremely disappointed. I have purchased a product that only works on light colored surfaces. I live in a small 1 bedroom apartment. I have a maroon and black rug in my bedroom and the iRobot is unable to clean the rug. I spent over and hour with customer service and they were unable to help with the situation. They suggested I buy additional products, I did not call to he sold more items!

Vacuum will not cross the black boarder on my carpets. This is a common problem that Is well known and should be addressed. Won't work for me like this. They should inform people about this before they buy it.

Unfortunately I returned my vacuum. It did not clean effectively. It did not clean all of my rooms and I have a super small house. Additionally, the bot would fling debris around the room and never pick them up. I did not expect it to be perfect but it did not clean enough to justify spending money on it.

Terrible. Wouldn't recommend.
