I'm pretty happy with this Roomba. The dogs and kids drag in a lot of dirt and debris from the back yard, so it's great to be able to run this Roomba a couple times during the week to keep up with all that dust that otherwise sits on the carpet until the weekend. We have 2 dogs that don't shed a ton, but they do enough that we have to vacuum regularly, and I'm impressed how much hair this thing actually picks up in a single run. I downloaded the app, and I gotta be honest I don't fully understand the point of that integration. It's interesting to see how long the Roomba runs and how many times it detects dirt (BTW it was 96 the first time, haha)... but I don't find it all that useful. You can push a button to make it run, but I always like to check to make sure the floor is clear of kids toys and stuff before I run it anyway, so I don't really need to be able to start it remotely. My main complaint with the Roomba is that it takes a while to clean a room. It's not that big of a deal because clearly I'm busy doing other things anyway, but it takes an hour and a half to get the room done, and it seems to take random paths every time. I guess it must get full coverage of the floor that way, but it seems inefficient. Again though, that doesn't bother me too much, just interesting.

First time using this robotic vacuum and I started off with this good established manufacturer product. It's amazing to see this little vacuum working around and have a great feeling that the carpeted room is being clean effectively. The only drawback is the living room rug which has some dark colors and the robotic vacuum would stop its function when detecting dark color by default. I would still recommend this to my relatives and friends as it's a wonderful product in keeping the carpeted room clean.

A wonderful little robot! The only problem we have had was that it runs into the furniture A LOT. Bump after bump, hopefully the sensors in the front don't get scratched.

Great product. Just have been waiting for new bags for I robot bin. 4wks and waiting. Sent email 3 xs no response. I would recommend to friends if order comes and if not a why would be nice!

Great for the kitchen and living room floor since they are tile flooring. It was able to get all the dirt and dust under the sofas and in the corners. Sometimes it gets stuck on some wires or cables along the wall. Other than that it works great.

I’ve had this thing for about a week. I have three kids and four animals roaming around my house leaving hair and crumbs. It does a GREAT job of picking up a lot of things, but it’s most certainly not 100%. It’s perfect as my extra little helper though. Less floor I have to sweep daily. I have all hard floors, and a few area rugs. It gets around just fine. It does get stuck sometimes on some of our baby gear. It always tries to climb over the floor brace of our high chair and gets stuck. Really not a big deal overall. It likes to eat the socks my kids leave on the floors. But. The app alerts you whenever it has an issue- which is convenient. My only issue with this thing (which really doesn’t both me, I have just seen a lot of people wondering) is that it is definitely not quiet. Not as loud as most vacuums... but far from quiet.

Works great on hardwood floors, struggles a little bit on high pile carpet. Multiple rooms can confuse it and make it a challenge to find it's way back to the home base but only one time did it not make it back to it's charging base. Noise level is moderate. We have a German Shepherd Dog which sheds a ton of hair daily, this unit does an excellent job of cleaning that up however the device needs cleaned and emptied almost after every day after use. The small moving parts get bound up with dog hair very easily. The good news is the unit was designed to be very user serviceable, everything comes apart pretty easily. Cleaning jobs take 90 minutes. Battery life is not much beyond that so if it doesn't find it's way home due to an obstruction it will just die where it's at. Recharge times are pretty quick, 3hrs or less for a full charge. This is a pretty cool device, albeit a luxury item. Nothing works better than old fashioned elbow grease but this is a pretty close second. Not to mention the coolness factor of telling Alexa to start my Roomba and off she goes (that or set a programmed schedule). Pretty cool.

George the vacuum is very loud get stuck a lot and needs to be cleaned out every time he goes out to clean we have two dogs and one cat and there's always hair wrapped around the rollers.

Have really like it the couple of times used it - picked up dog and cat hair which is what I want from it. Cat enjoyed the ride also.

Overall I am really happy with my purchase. My only regret is that I didn't buy one sooner. My house just feels cleaner. There are a few things that I don't like but I wasn't willing to spend more money on one of the higher end models to get them. It kind of sounds like a paper shredder on wheels. I definitely can't run it while we are sleeping because it is so loud, even downstairs. I can hear it clunking into things constantly. My other complain is it gets stuck on my baby's swing bars at least 3-4 times every time it runs. We have had to put a barrier up so that we don't have to get it unstuck all the time. I'm not sure that it gets every spot each time it vacuums because the pattern is so random but I figure over the course of the week it gets everywhere. Also it moves some of my lighter floor decorations around. Overall we are very happy and glad that we bought it.
