Bought this for Christmas. Charging dock won’t charge rumba. Used it one time. Was so excited to finally get one and it doesn’t work. It only went in a circle and didn’t return itself to dock the one time used.

Have not been able to use.

We have now purchased 2 Roomba 675's and both have been defective. The first one took over an houtr of troubleshooting with Customer Support on the phone, resulting in them recommending we purchase a replacement. The 2nd one ran once before giving an error message after running for less than 2 minutes. When we contacted Support (via chat) to explain the situation and request a refund or money toward a different model, they wouldn't allow that and wanted to walk through trouble-shooting (worthless) and also wouldn't escalate. The chat person was a bit rude and dismissive. We will not be engaging with iRobot or Roomba again given the product defects and terrible support interactions.

This thing was useless, so I named it Useless. Rolled right over things and only manage to blast them across the room.

Not good for multi rooms also doesn't clean well wouldn't recommend. Returned

I like that it will vaccum but i need to guide it in every room or it only does a small area, it is not thorough therefore, this is not working for me, too time consuming

It gets stuck in certain rooms and it just stays there !

It never ran a full cycle without having to be rescued. Either stuck in furniture, stuck in a corner, stuck over a step... It also does not like dark striped carpet, confirmed by the manual. The random cleaning pattern means it frequently goes around dirt. You have to clean before you run it or it will get caught on objects, which makes sense, but if I have to clean before I run it, it seems redundant. It would be fine in a large one floor house with no rugs and no oddly shaped furniture.

Stays in one spot. Doesn't stay on the wood floors long enough. Won't go back to the docking station.

Worked ok on hardwood floors, but stopped on all carpets with dark background
