Not a fan. Already marked and scratched up because it constantly runs into things. Misses spots. Not a smart vacuum.

Overall, it is nice to have the floors swept and clean looking when we get home...without doing it ourselves or paying for a housekeeper. The things I do to help it do it's best work are a bit of a nuisance, but, I can live with them. I will note, however, that my mother's Shark was less expensive and doesn't have ANY of these quirky issues. She empties the dustbin every two weeks and it faithfully does it's work. Not ours though.

I feel this product works somewhat in between. I definitely feel like I need to pull the vacuum out after Rosie is finished.
Jay now vacuuming by hand
Seems to do OK cleaning where it goes. Gets stuck repeatedly every time. Only seems to complete part of a room. Never cleans some rooms. Repeatedly runs into same pieces of furniture. Can't find dock unless you set it right in front of it. Have to vacuum again after frustration makes us shut it off. Not sure why so many people like Roomba??

Our iRobot Roomba 675 is just okay... It does not vacuum up dog hair but does a pretty good job with dirt. The main frustration we have is how the robot doesn’t clean in an efficient way. It goes in all different directions rather than focusing on lines or small areas to get the job done. Even if I set an appointment for the robot to clean while I’m away at work, I know I’ll have to finish the job manually when I get home. Not what I expected from this product, especially for the high price!

This is our second Roomba and it will be our last. The lack of LIDAR support, the noisy operation, small collection bin and random "getting stuck" situations make this a product that was good in its day but hasn't evolved with the times.

I have now spent almost 7 months with this vacuum, and our relationship was not meant to be. All of these positive reviews must be from people who have spent no time in their homes when the Roomba is actually running. The Roomba gets stuck on EVERYTHING. It often runs for less than 3 minutes before getting caught on a wire, a shoelace, carpet fringe. We don't even have that much on the ground. The Roomba is also extremely inconsistent in its coverage - it will often spend the entire cycle 'cleaning' the same space over and over, skipping the rest of the house. Our house is < 1k sq ft, so it should not be that hard to get everywhere at least once, especially with so-called 'smart' navigation. It is extremely frustrating to watch this thing circle the same not-dirty spot over and over, especially when it is somehow skipping an actually dirty spot 2 feet away. Miraculously, the vacuum always picks up some debris, but it in no way allows me to skip out on regular vacuuming. It's also loud and annoying in our little house. It also pulled at the fibers of our new rugs, so they became ragged soon after purchase. It will take a lot for me to purchase another Roomba.

Spends 15 minutes in a small bathroom,, 2 minutes in large rooms. I have two area rugs. The roomba discards a lot of the hair it picked up on the rug. Had to return one for repair because the side sweeper wouldn't work. Received a new one and not sure why, but this one works worse than the other one.

I originally bought this because a lot of people recommended it, and as a pet owner with a busy schedule I loved the idea of being able to have a vacuum clean for me while I do other things around the house. However, this thing barely cleans. I will let it run for the full time (before it decides it completed the job and returns to the charging station) and there are still crumbs and cat hair everywhere. Not to mention it is constantly getting stuck and sucking up things it shouldn't be (toys, cat collars, clothes). I would not recommend this, total waste of money. Just get a regular handheld vacuum.
