My Roomba is set to run every day at 10 am. It NEVER has completed a full cleaning and made it back to recharge on the base. It usually gets stuck on a 1/16 inch high HVAC register and stops. I am very unhappy with the product.

Sounds like a Volkswagen. In the time it takes to get your room ready for this thing you could just sweep and be done. Plus it takes over an hour for it to clean one tiled room.

For the money it's not efficient. Mine get stuck more then it cleans. I thought it was the o e I had. Took it back got another. Just as bad. My house is very well pi led up and very open.
Clean floor
Very easy set up. Begins a clean cycle every day. It picks up a good amount of dust and hair all over, including under furniture and along baseboards. However, out of 10 cycles, it fails to return to dock 9 times. If you like treasure hunts, it is great! We have to go find it every day. I gave it a star because it does clean pretty well.

Picks up small debris on carpet and hardwood. However will get stuck easily on rugs, in between chairs, and very noisy. Takes forever for it to return to home base when selected. Wished it allowed for options for run times each day.

Bought the model with the rubber brushes about a 2 weeks ago and regret it badly. Cons-1. The run time is closer to 50 mins instead of 90. 2. IT DOES NOT PICK UP ANIMAL HAIR FROM CARPET IT!! 3. it gets stuck everywhere although I've tailored my floor plan to its needs and it still gets stuck. 4. It often bumps the button opening its trash receptacle causing it to stop. 5. its much louder than expected. 6. It has trouble pairing up to its home to charge despite what surface its on. 7. It unevenly cleans my floor plan and i live in a small 800 sq ft apartment.

Wish I had known does not work on area rug with black in pattern. Also, impossible to get help with this problem. Local repair shop advised Roomba Company had fix and to contact them. Called IRobot Roomba customer service. They were rude and informed me there is no fix. Only wanted to tell me what caused the problem, which I already knew. Definitely do not recommend.

Need to buy much more expensive model that one can program. This one aimlessly wanders and recleans same spots many times but misses dirty spots. Have to literally pick it up and put it in different places to get floor clean. Faster more effective sweeping with broom.
