It vacuums yes, but it misses tonsss - doesn’t get corners at all - misses whole rooms - tends to stay in the same area - gets stuck on rugs - NEVER goes home period - it’s her to go home once - you have to pick it up and put it on the dock - much easier just to swifter and call it a day

Much louder than anticipated and really doesn't do a great job. It misses so much. I watch it go over the same spot over and over and it misses the crumbs on the floor. Maybe great if you have it in a large fairly empty room, but it just keeps going over the same spots and barely made it in to my kitchen for bumping a wall and coming back to the living room where it already failed. Definitely returning.

This is not a quality vacuum. We have had this over a year now and the generic version we had prior to this one was better. I would spend more money and get the programmable one that maps your house. I know of several others that say it is better. This one has no pattern to its movement, gets easily stuck in small spaces and struggles to return to the dock. When it does get to the dock, it has difficulty properly getting on it and charging. I have e it 2 stars because it does a good job picking up dirt. It is pretty loud too.

*Very hard to clean *Battery doesn't last past 40 min *Job never finishes

I thought that it would travel in a straight line from the base, but instead it just travels out about 1 ft, turns 90degrees for no real reason, then shoots straight under my kitchen table where it gets lost for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes of almost doing something useful like getting free or cleaning, but failing, it will finally travel in random patterns around our small living room with a couch and chair, not really picking up much but definitely stirring up dust from corners before skipping the hallway entirely and going back to dock. So to clarify the title of my post, if you're rich (or i guess so poor as to not own any furniture) be sure to shell out for a room mapping model. If you arent rich, a broom and dustpan are probably the better alternative.

This vacuum is to noisy. There is only one speed. It runs into everything.

It used to be good about cleaning the entire floor properly. Lately, its has been constantly trapping itself in one room then using up its battery there. Right now, the base is located in the main room where I want it to clean and it finds its way through the only opening to the place where I do not want it. I pick it up and set it as far as possible from the opening and it immediately it finds its way back there and using the virtual wall inst an option at the moment as it is being used to block water bowls for pets. It defeats the purpose of the vacuum if I have to keep picking it up.

Was really hoping to love this vacuum. I recently had shoulder surgery and could use the help with cleaning. I have three dogs in the house. The vacuum picked up ok on the rugs, but it swirled the dog hair around on the hard wood. Static electricity is not this items friend. I found myself babysitting the vacuuming process. It would get stuck under the dining table a lot. Constant cleaning it out and monitoring was more work than it should have been. I returned the vacuum after only 6 days.

Where it managed to get to, it cleaned well. But it gets lost under the couch and bed seems to have problems getting up onto the rugs. Because it gets lost, it dies in a room without getting back to base.

It barely picks up really simple piles of crumbs or dirt. Sometimes it pushes things around into a pile instead of sucking it up. I clean out the storage regularly & the brushes are spinning so I’m not sure what’s the issue. After about a month of good care it can’t really walk itself onto the charger port, it’ll just go nearby & die. Not really what I thought the product would be. It does look really nice & the storage is easy to clean out.
