Having just begun really getting into cooking, I've been trying to make more adventurous desserts and debated getting a culinary torch for a while. Was intimidated because, well it's a new tool with fire. Followed the directions exactly and it's a phenomenal tool. Used on creme brulee and it's a small torch, but man is it powerful! Definitely a must have :)

It is easy to use, however, there should be more detailed instructions for people like me who has never used one. LOL I didn't know this has to be charged with the butane, instead, I thought the butane can was attached always, and didn't understand why it was coming of and I was not understanding the instructions very well.

Solid construction! Much heartier than my similar model from a different company that shattered from a 5-foot drop onto soft vinyl flooring. Why I bought this model. Pleasantly surprised by how great the flame is. I haven’t used this as a Brulee torch yet but since it’s so consistent and strong I would expect it to have any issues. I use this as a utility torch. Lighting grills and such.

As a Fine Artist, I love this torch because of its "1-handed" operation. The easy 1-handed, lighting and operation makes using it incredibly useful. Utilitarian in the kitchen AND in your art studio. I have two other torches including a monster butane from a big-box hardware store, but this Tintec Chef Cooking Torch is my favorite. Yes, I use it on my Creme Brulee also.

Wanted to give this as a gift as I already oened one of a different brand. The look and feel is nothing compared to the one that I own but it definitely does it's job. The only complain is if you could make it more stylish to be used everyday for the culinary use and also as a show off. Looks very sturdy though. Would recommend.

This culinary torch exceeds my highest expectations for a durable accessory in my kitchen. The quality of the mechanism and comfortable ergonomics makes this a tool that I will enjoy using!

Product was great but know instruction guide with this item like shown on other videos. So if you prefer an instruction guide as I do or give this ad a gift you may want to purchase a different one with an instruction guide. You would think it was automatic with your purchase and didn't have to research whether it was included and have to refer to a video for instructions.

I use this to light fires in my fireplace, it has a big flame to get stuff going unlike those little barbeque lighters.

I’ve been using this torch for months, even just finding reasons to use it, during Easter I used it to brûlée my peeps, when I first got it I made homemade creams brûlée’s, the torch is extremely powerful and runs on any butane (just make sure you turn both upside down when refilling or it doesn’t refill, this is not against the product, just the way butane works)

I actually bought this for pour painting and it is easy to fill and use and love the safety turn off dial.
