I liked the first night but when I woke in the morning, all the weight was along the edges since the beads aren’t sewn into place.

I purchased this weighted blankets over others because it was suppose to have a removable cover that could be washed. I don't see how the cover would come off this blanket. Additionally, I purchased this item as a gift and I hear from the user it is very hot under it.

Weighted blankets are definitely a preference for certain people and I am not one of them. I bought this to try and help me sleep and not move around but it just made me feel like I was suffocating. It’s not for me but it may be for you! I also got really hot with this one.

I’ve wanted a weighted blanket for so long and my husband finally got me this one. I’ve never used one and didn’t know what to expect. I used it for the first time last night and slept horrible. I felt like I was trapped and made me over heat. I sleep with so many blankets for the weight so I figured this would be perfect but it wasn’t. I would try it if you want but keep the receipt.

The blanket is OK but fifteen pounds turned out to be a bit heavier than I like. Maybe the 12 lb. one would be more to my liking. I'm glad I didn't go with the recommended 20 lbs. I hope I will get used to it with time and the temperatures get colder. That brings me to my biggest negative; it is too hot for me. I'm not sure the "temperature balancing" thing works. I can't imagine using it during the summer months. I hope I will be happier with the blanket when I use it this winter.

Got this blanket because I have sensory issues and my body always feel antsy while sleeping so I stay up all night trying to get comfortable. I realized the only thing that helped was pressure so I went on the hunt to find this. $68, expensive. Ouch. I will say, it’s definitely weighted! I got the 20 pound on and honestly I’d probably like a heavier one (keep in mind I like my boyfriend to put all his body weight on me until I fall asleep) but the thing is, the weight doesn’t stay on you and that’s kind of annoying. All of it falls to the side when you’re laying so you just feel like a stuck animal. I usually bundle it up and place the weight back in the middle and that does the trick but for how much I paid for it.. that’s a little ridiculous. This blanket is also seemingly pretty small. For reference I’m 5’2, 5’3 on a good day and it’s hard to keep my feet covered most of the time if I’m fully sprawled out. So all in all, it works and it’s definitely a weighted blanket but I paid $68 and have to fight with it every night for it to do what I need it to do.

I bought this blanket and used it for approximately 5 months. In that time, I wouldn't have been able to give you a straightforward answer as to whether I loved it or didn't. If you were to ask me that question when I was curled up under it I probably would have said yes. If you ask me that same question after I woke up the next morning and got my day started, I may have said no. Except to say awesome wonderful sense of comfort and security. If you have to move them the next day, or you making your bed this morning and you' lugging that Uber heavy blanket around you think to you start thinking to yourself, " am I crazy?"

The zipper on the cover wore out incredibly fast
