[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a weighted blanket for some time, so this was an exciting experience for me. The blanket itself feels like it hugs every inch of you and settles into every curve, providing for a secure feeling. However, when moving at night if you shift it too much it all slides to one side, making for readjustment and extra waking time. Further, the cover shifts and is not pinned to the actual weighted part very well, making for a mess after a while. Temperature balancing seems to be true in that I was neither too cold, nor too hot while using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the blanket. I like the color. I like the weight. It is not feasible to use at night. I would fall asleep but both my husband and I woke up HOT and kicked it off. I tried it first, and then had him try it. My son slept with it on the couch and was sweating when I got up the next morning and he had the fan on high.

The full sized blanket covered to top of my bed as explained in description. And I did like the weighted feel. 15lbs was correct for me. What I didn’t like was everytime I moved; it had to be rearranged. It was awkward getting under it. It was awkward changing positions. For this reason, I’m returning it. I’ll stick with a heavy comforter. You get the weighted feel but encompassing.

I enjoyed the weighted feeling of the blanket, and the construction and design seem sturdy. But I would regularly overheat at night with this blanket on me. I bought it because it said “temperature balancing,” but it did nothing to balance temperature for me. Had to stop using it.

It was a gift for my mom. Turned out it was too heavy for her and made her uncomfortable. She had to return.

It’s not bad, but it wasn’t what I expected. I’ve never used a weighted blanket before, but have been looking for one to help with anxiety and insomnia. When I opened it up, I realized the beads or whatever gives the weight inside moves around. So when you lift one side up, nearly all of the weight shifts. It’s hard to get an even distribution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm giving this blanket 3 stars because it is weighted and the size is great for one person. However it specifically said "removable cover" in the description which is why I chose it, and it did not come with one. Also the color "midnight blue" implies dark or navy blue, it's more of an ocean blue. I'm not sure where in the world midnight is this color, Iceland? I was hoping it would help me sleep better and I experienced no improvements. Overall it's disappointing.
the weighted one
not a truly weighted blanket since all the beads settle around to comform your body (reason why you don't get hot under it) rather than weighted throughout, like an old fashion all cotton blanket. overall, not bad, however, if you want weight like stacked blankets on a wintery night--stack the blankets.
