There are benefits to using a weighted blanket and so far they’ve been working for me. I tend to get up at night a lot. The blanket helped me stay asleep without interruption. The blanket is a bit loud. When you toss and turn you hear the beads inside the blanket move. Would recommend a weighted blanket without the beads to avoid noise

Since I got the blanket, I would put on the blanket when I would wake up unexpectedly in the middle of the night and helped me quickly fall asleep again.
