Since I got the blanket, I would put on the blanket when I would wake up unexpectedly in the middle of the night and helped me quickly fall asleep again.

The 15 lbs blanket was a little too heavy for me. particularly when I fell asleep with it. Im 5'3 and 125 pounds and I prefer a waited blanket that is 12 lbs.
