Too short for a travel tumbler, doesnt always respond when pushing start button

Doesn’t always respond when pushing the start button, have to push multiple times for brew to start. Sometimes I wonder if I’m gonna get a cup brewed at all with this machine. Disappointed that you can’t fit a tall travel tumbler under this machine for on the go, the machine is too short. The foam is pretty but it takes up half the cup so you need twice the size mug if you want a large cup. I end up scooping out half the foam and adding hot water to make an Americana. Again, biggest disappointment is not being able to fit a taller tumbler. To remedy this, I elevate the unit on cutting boards about an inch so my travel mug fits.

Do Not Buy This!

I have bought 2 different machines and both of them quite working a year after I bought it. It doesn't heat anymore and water is pouring out the bottom.

Not happy

Not happy, might have to take it back. Every other two cups it won’t dispense right. It will give a little foam and not dispense the whole pod into the cup!

Issues Straight Out The Box

Decided to finally open and use my Nespresso, Straight out the box would not work, blinking red, did the reset, wiped it down to make sure no dust was interfering with the barcode, made sure the water reservoir was sitting properly, checked to make sure the water wasn’t overflowing. I got nothing. Would not recommend. Going to see if Target will take it back. If you do decide to buy it I hope you have better luck.

Wanted to love it but...

I really wanted to love this but it just seemed so cheap. My keurig broke one day while I was descaling it so I got the nespresso on sale for 99$. The first time I used it I wasn’t prepared for the loud noise it makes. After using it a couple days I’m just not fond of it. I’m going to return it for another keurig.

I bought in February 2024 and it stopped working December 2024. Coffee is great and I am sad it no longer works. customer service can improve. I’m not a fan of having to create an account and download an app to receive assistance with troubleshooting.

Mug Tray Too Small

The mug tray is too small! For one of the few Vertuo machines that delivers an "XL Size" cup of coffee, why is the platform for the mug so blasted small? The bottom of my mug, a fairly standard size 12 oz coffee mug, hangs half off the tiny little platform. I could remove the platform entirely but then there are two holes in front of the machine that make it look like a part is missing. I have had the same issue with other Nespresso machines. I realize that espresso cups fit espresso machines. However, if you're going to offer machines that serve a regular size cup of coffee, please make the platform at least large enough to hold a coffee mug! Returning the machine without using it.

Jury still out

Just got my Pop model yesterday and was anxiously waiting as my old machine died and leaked all over. Disappointed the water tank did not swivel but liked the quality of the water tank. Extremely disappointed in the temperature of my cup of coffee this morning when I used it for the first time. I still had to heat it more in my microwave for 30 seconds. Other reviews mentioned it was loud. Boy they were not kidding. What is wrong with your engineering department that they can’t design a coffee maker that does not sound like you are at the Indy 500? For the investment consumers make in the cost of the capsules we are entitled and expect a quality coffee maker. Nespresso, you can do better and owe it to your consumers to do better.
