This machine was difficult to open to put the pods in. It stopped working after a month of purchase. I am trying out a Delonghi brand now.

I showed up at target with my order that when I purchased was in stock and was told first that it was out of stock, then second that maybe it wasn’t out of stock, but they just couldn’t find it, then third that they were having a glitch in their system, then fourth that my car didn’t get charged and they’re not giving me my order then fifth when I showed them my card was charged that that they told me that was a hypothetical and that it didn’t really happen and then it would go away. Like that’s the level of competence. We are working with in addition to still don’t have the machine even though I’ve paid for it and I was looking at it in my order pick up for target I mean, I just don’t even know how to understand this level of unintelligence.

I would NOT buy this. I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. It worked great for 2 weeks then stopped working. It will no longer pump water. Target won't take it as a return and Nespresso wants us to pair for a repair. TOTAL SCAM and JUNK DON'T BUY THIS!

Bought this machine. It was good for the 16 months it worked and worked just long enough to be out of warranty.

I received the Vertuo Pop Plus as a gift for this past Christmas. Thinking oh wow this is the best gift for a coffee loving hard working used to be a barista queen. Ive now wasted two pods due to the fact that my machine will not brew the full amount of coffee that I know that specific pod can brew. Oh and it gets even better water every where leaking out of the compartment where used pods sit. And the kicker I cant even get in touch with anyone to help me with this matter. I sit on hold for minutes that I cannot spare at work. Please dont make the same mistakes I once did and purchase your coffee making machine else where.

I paid $100 and I got a broken coffee machine. I saved for months for getting it. I LOVE the color. I don’t know if I can get it again because the deal is gone. I hope you do better with the packing and handling

Turned my coffee into mud. Would rather use a can and a campfire.

Absolute scam. The machine is junk. After a month it stops working and you’re wasting the very expensive pods. They exchanged my machine and the next one did the exact thing after a few weeks. DO NOT BUY

Missing the 12 pack of pods and the coupon is expired.

This machine is horrible, had two machines sent they basically shake our house they are so loud, honestly terrible, wish you sold my old machine.
