This machine was difficult to open to put the pods in. It stopped working after a month of purchase. I am trying out a Delonghi brand now.

Way to loud and very clunky

I’ve gotten 2 within 2 years and my second one just gave out

I don’t know where to start, but I’mma keep it simple. I was so happy that I taste a cup of coffee from this machine and it was so good so I had to get one. I had it for a couple of months I was sick I couldn’t use it And when I finally opened it up, it was used it didn’t work. I had to clean it then it finally worked. Every time I use it, I have to clean it before I brew the coffee because it won’t work One day it made a loud noise. I thought it was gonna explode. I don’t recommend this machine Nespresso you could do better.

I bought this machine less than 6 months ago replacing my older machine which was in amazing condition. I found this machine to be lower quality and not what I thought it would be. It broke and disappointing since I purchased this for the small compact size and the lice coffee.

I got my pop December of 2023, luckily they're covered under warranty, when you register them online, because I'm on machine #3! It always starts with getting louder, harder to close, leaks water underneath and into the used capsule drawer and then it will make a loud pop! The loud pop is the internal spring breaking which breaks the glass cup that holds the pods for brewing. Ugh.. it's so frustrating! I love the coffee, minus the exaggerated amount of foam it brews, but man.. what time heck?! For as much as these machines cost and the pods, it's ridiculous! I'm tempted to go ahead and try for machine #4 when this one breaks (it's already getting hard to close, loud and leaking, so it's only a matter of time before it stops. #Nespresso seriously? Please do better.

Literally had the machine for 20 days and then it just stopped working and sadly because I threw away the box. I cannot return it so I had to go through the company itself and get a replacement.

I’ve bought 2 so far. Returned the first one because immediately out of the box it was malfunctioning, horribly loud and shaking when running. Thought it was a fluke. Now my second one is malfunctioning after only a WEEK of use. Violently shakes and is insanely loud. It shook so bad it knocked my glass cake stand off my counter and of course it shattered which is horrible when you have a toddler. When it DID work properly, I absolutely loved it!! I don’t know what to do with this current machine, I don’t have time to troubleshoot it with customer service and I’m definitely not wasting anymore money.

We took a chance on the Vertuo Pop Plus and are returning it. We wanted something smaller and wanted to try some of the larger pods. 1. It is super noisy. If you live in close quarters it is noisy enough to wake others up in the morning. 2. It's hard to close and just feels overall cheap. Our older model is much better quality, not as noisy, and easier to open close / use. 3. It's not as frothy as our older model. A personal preference, but a big minus for us. 4. The coffee didn't feel overheated temperature wise, but it smelled and tasted overheated. For reference, exact same pods used in the older machine the same day, so definitely a machine issue vs a pod issue. Just some things to consider if you're looking for a smaller machine; this one may not be it.

At first, I was loving it then 6 months later it just stopped working. I tried to contact target guest services and they transferred me to Nespresso. Nespresso did not and still have not answered me to this day. It’s weird it says one year warranty and I wonder if it will take a year for them to contact me. Really disappointed that Target could not do anything themselves because it wasn’t my fault it stopped working and wouldn’t turn on. The least they could do was provide a small amount gift card.
