NO STARS! I ordered a 9FT Tilted Patio Umbrella W/ Crank in the color Tan. What I received was a dark brown umbrella to my total dissatisfaction! I contacted Support hoping this could be rectified but to no avail instead, they offered to take $6 off what I paid. I don't care about the money but the color Tan in the least would be considered a pale brown, not a dark brown! Now I am stuck with a color that does not coordinate with my deck surroundings. Thanks, Tanga never ever again will I order anything from you, and if anyone asks I will tell them to do the same!

Had for two months and it is already broken. The button that you push to angle the umbrella broke on the inside and has popped out. It will no longer stay upright.

Had a hole on the very top by the solar light

Lasted 6 months before string broke and can no longer raise it up

one of the top support bars broke with the first sign of wind. terrible
