This is a great fan at high speed levels but if you want to keep it going the whole day, you have to keep it at the lowest speed which does not do much. I have a lot of battery packs so I do not really care about the battery life of it. The noise of the fan motors is not that bad but at least for mine the issue is the fans being loose. Every once in a while, it will make a stupid amount of noise sounding like the fan blades are hitting against something. That gets very annoying especially since the fan is right near your ears. Other than that, it is a great and cheap fan and I do still highly recommend it.

It's a decently powerful fan that can cool you off on the go however it is pretty loud but that should be a given. The airflow doesn't really come up to my face which would make this thing way better but it doesn't a good job cooling off the sides of your head. I use this every now and then at work for about 20-30 minutes and I've only had to charge it twice in the 3 weeks I've had it. So it's not a bad fan but it could use couple little improvements.

I really like this neck fan. It has kept me cool when I am cooking over the grill and griddle outside in the summer heat! I usually have it on the highest level when I do that and the noise is a little bit loud, but not to the point of not being able to hold a conversation at the same time. As far as charging goes, I haven't had to charge it very often. The battery last a good while, but I have only used it for an hour or so at a time. I just used it at an outdoor music festival and it was a heavenly! I have had neck surgery in the past and anything heavy on my neck I can't do and this has never cause any issues for me! I would buy this for anyone who has trouble with being warm and sweaty!

Like many people, we picked these for a trip to Disney World. Going in August we knew we would be dealing with the heat, and wanted a way to help keep cool. These were great. They are very light so you can wear them around all day and not be bothered. They also aren't very loud, so I had no issues talking to anyone while wearing it. As far as usefulness goes, these were great. I should say these are not insanely powerful and aren't going to keep from getting warm, but when there is no breeze these will make a big difference. I still had a handheld fan I would use when it was very warm, but I loved the convenience of these and will continue to use them.

Set your expectations. Its not a portable AC unit, so whatever air you're in is the air that will be pushed thru this unit. I use this when sitting outside in the US south and its helpful, think of this as a portable fan. So if you were outside and had a fan blowing on you that is what this would be similar to. Once the air you're in begins to get hot you will feel hot air. I like it for the easiness and wasn't too much $$. Having air blowing on me is a nice feeling. Also took this on a recent Disney World trip and it was sufficient, did it keep me icy cold, absolutely not lol but it was nice when i had it on. Just a decent breeze, overall I'm keeping it as its useful and battery is good.

Decided to spend a month chilling with neck fan before writing a review. I live in south Texas and we're currently experiencing 100+ degree days so a fan of any sort has little to no chance here unless it has air conditioning attached to it. That being said I've used neck fan in the Jeep with my lacking AC and after short walks through Hades to get to my humble cave home. It works if you need a little extra cooling and breaking out a regular fan is a bit too awkward. I did try to wear it to a baseball game but it was no competition with the stiff, humid air after a short thunderstorm and I had to shut it down for fear of sweat dripping into the fan itself since it had nowhere else to go but down my neck. Other than that it really has turned out to be great after workouts and general overheating. It doesn't blow obnoxiously in your face and it feels sort of relaxing once you get used to the weight on your neck. Battery life seems up to what's advertised and I've only charged it 3-4 times since purchase in June and with heavy use daily after walks (currently end of July). If it had a cooling unit built in it would be a dream, but for what it is, it's worthy.

Got these to wear while working outside in the summer humidity. Really glad I did. My husband and I both love them. They can be a bit noisy if you are talking on the phone, but otherwise are fine. We use them on the lowest speed setting which we have found is good for cooling and preserves battery life to the extent that we have never run out of power. They are very comfortable to wear. You will forget you are wearing them. My only complaint is the location of the power/speed setting button. It isn’t in a place where one can comfortably reach it while wearing the neck fan. Not a big problem since you can set it and forget it before you put it on. But, the manufacturer should address this in future versions. The power button should be easily used while wearing the neck fan.

I’m still not sure if it’s the best fan out there. The plastic on my neck , I think, makes me warmer & the fan helps but not a lot . I’m wondering if the kind that has the 2 fans standing up & blowing on you would be bettter. It just doesn’t look as good as this one . I do like how it looks & certainly beats not having one at all . Pretty good for the price.
