At first, I loved this fan and really enjoyed being able to wear it to outdoor events on medium to high for about 4-8 hours or [mainly] at work for a full 12-14 hours while at work. It is lightweight and pretty quiet on the first setting which was just the right amount of breeze for me. Unfortunately, the vents in the back stopped working after a few months of use and not having the air blow up the back of my neck was more noticeable than expected. The box is long gone and I’m not sure how to contact the seller to try and remedy this situation.

I used this fan for a margarita festival in Texas heat. It was light around my neck to where it didn't bother me...and trust me in Texas heat anything can get on your nerves...lol. The fan was quiet. And kept be cool in between the margaritas.

These are not a miracle, but they really help in the heat. I vend outside all summer in the heat, and wearing them helps a lot. They will not make you super cooled off, but take the heat off just a bit--enough to make temperatures that are just dangerous and miserable--now tolerable. I am super happy with my purchase. The noise level is tolerable, I actually get used to is quickly when I put it on. Also, are great since the AC is out in my work vehicle.

Bought this product because we don't have AC at work and still need to assist customers, so being uncomfortable and sweaty isn't good. The neck fan is something I have been wanting to try for a while now. So glad I finally got this one. The battery lasts me all shift and sometimes two. I thought for sure I would be using it on the 3rd setting all the time, but the first one does the job and isn't very noisy at all. Occasionally I will feel the weight on my neck, but not by much. I get so many comments on this product and have probably sold quite a few from my recommendations. I am happy with this product and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I just got this neck fan to take to soccer, football games and walks and wow I love it!!! it is bit loud if you're on your phone or walking (you can not hear cars) but definitely makes all my activities more enjoyable from my neck to my forehead!!! Not heavy at all, I have only use this for about an hour each time and the battery seems to be good!

I was surprised at how great this works and I love love love the fact that it does not catch your hair in the fan, my son has a beard and I had him put it on to see what he thought of it and he loved it I didn’t catch his beard hair mustache or his hair it works great. I use it a lot when I’m outside gardening or doing some yardwork or just to cool down in the house . Would definitely purchase again.

Keeps my from sweating my butt off. Nothing worse when you're working with electronics and you're sweat is dripping onto your glasses. This keeps the air flow moving so my face and head feel normal and I can work. Fan noise isn't a problem, I have earbuds in. The lowest setting last for about 6 -7 hours for me.

I did a lot of research on this vs the $170 one, couldn't decide, so I bought both. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS ONE. HERE'S WHY. Yes the $170 one has cooling plates, but your neck quickly adapts to the cooling plates' temp, so after 3 mins, your neck feels hot and sticky and stifled by the plates' continuous contact. If you touch your neck, yes, it's cool, but your neck itself won't ferl cool to you after wearing this more than 3 mins. And, I thought the fans blew cool air off the cooling plates. They do not. They still blow hot air, and not as much air at all compared to this one. This one has MUCH better fans. It doesn't hug your neck, meaning it works with your body to continuously fan and cool the sweat off your neck, giving continuous relief. It doesn't lose its cool over time. I use both devices in >100F temps in Texas on my porch. Nothing beats the heat like staying hydrated, but if you want a neck fan, don't waste your money on the cooling plate one. This works great, and the batteries last twice as long.

Received the neck fan(blue) yesterday 9/11/22. Charged the neck fan last night. It has 3 speeds low, medium and high. It has a soft humming sound if it’s in low speed. Once you increase the speed the sound will be much obvious. So far, so good. I will give an update in one week if it will hold up well or not.

Ordered this for my mother for her birthday. She’s always hot..smh, but I borrowed it to take to the US Open and thank goodness. It was so hot but this fan worked wonders. You can’t even hear it when it’s on. Super lightweight & doesn’t get heavy at all around your neck, trust me I wore this thing for 12 hours watching tennis. I know now why everybody has one of these. For sure getting one for myself.
