This frother came with the nespresso vertuo I ordered as a wedding present to myself and my husband who are both coffee/latte lovers. The frother worked great for about a year and has now been overflowing with froth and making a huge mess no matter how little milk I put in it. Very disappointing.

Not the best. The milk is often over frothed and spills out the top. Leaving a mess on the counter. The frother is fussy to clean. It does make a beautifully frothy milk and it is exactly the perfect temperature in just a minute or so. It absolutely demonstrated to me that I need a frother - it also demonstrated that I'll upgrade to a different one.

We loved this milk frother and used it every day –multiple times (for coffee and tea)! Sadly after 14 months of use, confirmed the spinning magnet mechanism had gone bad, and I had to order a new one. Hope the second one last longer; if not, we'll have to find a new brand.

I have mixed feelings about the Aeroccino3. It always froths for me, no problem. My problem is the learning curve of spilled milk all over the counter. I had to keep putting less milk under the max fill line each time to avoid messes each morning. Then I started staying right by it and watching. I noticed that when it was spinning that one side of the milk was higher inside the Aeroccino. It had me wondering if my counters were uneven. LOL! So then I began tilting the whole thing until it was even spin inside and voila! No spills every where. It was today that I FINALLY realized it's the coil placement inside the Aeroccino3. It's off to one side and therefore causing the milk to spin higher on one side so the milk leaks out the top on one side. Very frustrating!! The coil placement needs to be in the center - like every other kitchen appliance out there that uses spinning, for these reasons. It's science/logic. They need to move the coil & then this would be perfect! No one wants to sit there and watch the Aeroccino to avoid this. You should be able to trust the lines Nespresso put inside, push the button, and let the machine do it's job. Not have to worry about a mess, too. Can we get a fix please???

I do not know how to use this part of my coffee machine… where are instructions?

Only works well with cow's milk. Other milk - almond and oat - frothed well for about 2 months then stopped. The description does state this on the very last line in the description.

It works well and makes good foam. The downside is the milk always cooks onto the bottom , so you have to wash it with soap and water every. Single. Time. So if more than one person wants something, you’re having to completely wash and rinse it before using it again. For every single cup. So, for a group using the carafe option, they’ll be waiting a really long time for frothed milk.

Christmas gift! I love the frother and use it everyday but when filled to last max line, it bubbles over and leaks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought a Nespresso coffee machine with the Aeroccino 3 exactly one year from now. I absolutely love it. Unfortunately, for the pass four months it sometimes doesn’t work the first time I push the button. The LED would be on and I could hear the internal trying to spin the part that froths. I’m hoping that it’ll hold up for another few months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used this a few times and I’m planning on returning. I just don’t think there’s anything special about it and not willing to keep it for the price.
