The aeroccino stopped frothing after about 6 months. In my opinion it’s not worth the money.

It only worked properly once! Yesterday I used it for the first time to make enough for 2 cups of coffee. Turned out perfect! HOWEVER...Today, which is the second morning since receiving it, I had hot, flat milk with not one bit of froth. I have double & triple checked. Pretty disappointed.

The frother was great until it stopped working after a few months of use. It is too expensive to be poor quality and it is very disappointing.

I got this in December and it stopped working out of nowhere. Too much money for it to last a 4 months

Purchased this item and absolutely loved it.....made an amazing froth. Until it didn't....Worked for TWO MONTHS. $100 for an item to work for two months is absolutely absurd. I expected a lot better quality from Nespresso. Don't buy - complete waste of money.

It was ok… I used it twice a week for 7 months until it just suddenly stopped working. It doesn’t even turn on. Waste of money for sure.

On my second Aeroccino. Same issue with both, great amazing foam first few uses and than hot flat milk, no foam. I’ve tried dairy and non dairy, makes no difference. Taken the time to trouble shoot, you tube, Google. Examined device and there are no (mechanical) issues I can see. I’m not claiming to be an expert, but I’ve had high end espresso machines for 30 years and was able to troubleshoot them as finicky as they were. What am I doing wrong Nespresso??

Fill milk up to fill line, and the lid will occasionally pop off causing the milk to slash everywhere. Makes it frustrating to use because I have to stand and watch the milk froth for 2 minutes and hold the lid down if starts to pop off.

I recently replaced by Nespresso Original and it came with the Aeroccino 3. The Aeroccino is terrible. The milk/froth comes out at best room temperature. I use fresh 2% milk and prefer cappuccino froth. Thank goodness I have my old unit (model 3192) and it cooks perfectly. Not sure if the Aeroccino 3 is defective or just an updated design that went bad.

I got the milk frother 3 months ago and have barely used it, it already stopped working!
