Didn't really do much, barely any foam made by it, specially for cold beverage with almost no foam. I had to return it.

I’ve had this for a year and a half and stoped working. While it worked it was perfect and made lattes so delicious.

The directions are very incomplete and there was only one frother/wisk included. How do I get another frother/risk?

It’s a good tool to have at home. Not worth the money because there are other brands that make the same product for a lot less $

Don’t use it often. Had this for over a year. Lid leaked when the milk is inside it and it’s turned on.

I bought this about a month ago and it was awesome. Then I tried to plug it in this morning to make coffee and it didn't work at all. No lights...not anything. I'm so disappointed. I've been raving about my Nespresso to so many people but it definitely isn't the same without the milk frother.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a set that included this model. Would have preferred one with a handle to make pouring easier. If you have smaller hands or prefer more control, you might upgrade. Otherwise the frother does a decent job for lattes! Typically use oat milk which froths better with a higher fat content over a thinner brand.

I bought the vertuo next that came with this frother after I experienced this. amazing coffee at my son's house. The frother worked great for about a week, I would say after 12 uses. Now it only warms the coffee. I have tried all the recommended troubleshooting without success. My son has has his for over a year with no problem, Sad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this and have had no problems with it, great machine for a great price. One thing I was a bit unhappy with was how the water tank and empty pod container were connected to the machine (it is very loosely attached and seems like it could easily break and come apart).

I loved my frother at first, but the inner spring/frother component always pops off while frothing. I end up with lukewarm milk and have to fish the little component out of my milk or coffee. It seems like it’s suppose to stay on with the magnet but doesn’t work for me.
