We love this little milk frother. It is very easy to use and to clean. It is also fast. It really adds that "store bought" feel to the coffee. I only take one star off as it only lasts a few years and we had to replace as it started to fail. Same for their machines but just about all small appliances these days are not built to last but a few years. We keep rebuying as we love Nespresso coffee.

Froths great, however the lid does not keep the milk inside even when filling to max recommendation. I fill between min and max lines so that it doesn’t overflow. Don’t step away if you fill to max line or else you’ll return to a countertop mess of milk.

This was given to me & i have been wanting one a long time now so it was interesting experimenting with it from hot to cold a little confusing i wont lie but when used properly it is extremely satisfying for me the flavor it gives & LOVED that it is easy to clean!

It does not froth sugar free creamers too well. I am ok with this since I need the sugar free creams. Is this dishwasher safe?

I am really glad that I added the Aeroccino 3 to my initial order because it definitely adds to the coffee making experience. It is quick and easy to clean. The only thing I am having difficulty with is figuring out how to heat up milk without frothing. Although the picture instructions are intuitive for hot or cold froth options, they aren't useful in explaining how to just heat milk. Other than that, great buy and definitely would recommend to others wanting to up their home coffee game.

The replacement did not work correctly and I contacted Nespresso and spoke with a very helpful person. They replaced my frother with an upgrade at no cost. The new frother showed up in two days. We bought our Nespresso and milk frother in July and have used both daily. As the disclaimer states, alternative milks don’t froth very well. I use almond milk and can get a little froth for my cold drinks but nothing for my hot drinks. However, I was unaware that it has 3 options. As far as I am aware, ours has 2 - hot or cold. And, while I end up with hot almond milk, if I use regular milk with the same setting I get foam (so I don’t think that is a setting option).

Have 2 --one scorches from the beginning, and the other started scorching at about 8 months. There is a crescent shaped scorch mark that forms after each use, needs soaking and cleaning and then now does not come off at all. It is as if the non-stick coating has completely eroded away there and made a permanent burn. I do soak it in cold water and clean by hand each use but this is now at an unacceptable level. Plus, I don't want to be ingesting more of that that non-stick coating as it continues to wear away. I called Customer Service and had the bad one replaced under warranty. I recommend if you get one that scorches that you just call in immediately because it will just get worse. Consider just running on the cold mode--long press until the light turns blue. Then it won't heat or scorch. 4 stars because it does a great job otherwise, 1 star because they honored the warranty. 1 star lost because of the failure.

We got this with our new nespresso machine in August for our 21st wedding anniversary. We always wanted a cappuccino machine. The frother is wonderful. Makes it very hot but sometimes it overflows and makes a mess. I use Trader joe oatmilk which works great. Husband used 2% milk and that overflows. We have to fill less with his milk so it wont overflow. Otherwise we are obsessed with the machine and the Altissimo!
